Scriam ieri despre faptul ca in iunie google a inceput sa taxeze dublu click-ul pe adwords. Dupa ce timp de 13 zile datele au fost zilnic eronate in ziua 14 dupa e-mail-ul prin care semnalam problema sitatia a intrat in normal. Pentru ziua 14. Dupa cum vedeti statisticile pentru ieri coincid:

In ce priveste reactia serviciului clienti de la Adwords pot spune ca s-au incadrat cu raspunsul in cele 24h (in zile lucratoare). Adica mi-au raspuns in 22 ore, 45 minute si 4 secunde.

There is a problem with the billing on my account. The number of clicks and the total cost on my billing summary page is the double of each and every day (1st to 13 of june) when compared to each daily report presented on Campaigns page. Same situation for total cost and clicks.

We are experiencing an issue whereby the amount of clicks accrued on the Billing summary page does not match the number of clicks reported on the Campaign Tab. This issue has been escalated internally and we are currently looking into fixing this.
