Am dat asi peste o propunere de afaceriun anunt postat de Peter Szabo, CEO Linguaprof, numai bun de explicat in exemple cum nu se propune un parteneriat in afaceri. Fiind vorba de un proiect Online (Online Medical Foreign Language Centre ) subiectul ar putea fi de interes expertilor online in cautare de un job bine platit in avans. Imi cer scuze cititorilor de limba romana fiindca anuntul e in engliza precum si cititorilor de limba engleza asemena.
Pe scurt Peter Szabo cauta un “managing partner” care sa contribuie cu 15-30.000 euro la o afacere care, ne explica Peter, va aduce 250.000 euro cifra de afaceri in primul an cu profit 50% adica 125.000 euro fara a ajunge totusi la echilibrul venituri/cheltuieli decat undeva in sfertul 4 din care cauza nu prevede profit pentru asociat decat in anul doi. Profitul urmeaza sa fie proportional cu investitia facuta deci 15-30.000 euro.
Sigur ca pentru un CEO la o scola de limbi straine definitia “managing partner” nu poate fi straina:
Managing partner is the highest formal job title given to a senior partner in charge of a firm’s overall practice, management and day-to-day operations. A managing partner is roughly equivalent to a chief executive officer of a corporation in terms of duties and responsibilities, but in a partnership or small firm and not a corporation.

Fata cu aceasta situatie i-am atras atentia cetateanului asupra unor aspecte esentiale care i-au scapt. Discutia o gasiti mai jos:

- EU: @linguaprof you must be able to explain why do you look for a managing partner (but work=0) + small capital (a car loan size?)

- EU: @linguaprof the amount of capital you need is too small for anyone to consider your offer (except for your local banks ?).
- EL: @ro_xygen I’m not going to banks because the firm that I am working on now is new and banks do not like to give loans to new firms.
- EU: @linguaprof take a personal loan. It should be no problem paying it back in a few months if you think your plan is good

Deci 30k euro e 30% din investitie intr-o afacere noua pentru o firma noua cu acelasi obiect de activitate ca si prima. Publicul tinta e mai precis definit dar e tot o scoala de limbi straine care ofera cursuri online. Daca Peter Szabo ar avea 70% din investitie, adica minim 70.000 euro, e putin probabil ca ar avea nevoie de extra aport de capital. Cel mai probabil cei 15.000-30.000 euro inseamna cam 95% din aportul de capital.
Problema oricarui investitor va fi ca pe de o parte nu il poate lasa pe Peter Szabo sa conduca afacerea din simplul motiv ca bazat pe experienta anterioara e dovedit ca nu se pricepe si pe de cealalta parte ca doi ani de munca pentru a avea grija de investitia facuta costa undeva intre 100.000 si 150.000 de mi de euro.
Concluzia 1 ar fi ca o propunere de afaceri se construiescte cu interesele partenerului in minte. Concluzia 2 e ca un plan de afaceri nu se face copiind o scrisoare de la raposatul unchi Tim Mccarron din Nigeria.
